Final blog until we get on the go again!

Well Howdy, most of you probably thought that I got lost somewhere along the trail, well, yep, ma stage coach got robbed and they took all my gold n left me fer dead. Pretty good, huh? Nope, we are fine, just coolin' our heals for a while and taking care of business, that's all!

Here you see a stagecoach ride in Virginia City, Montana, it was pretty cool there, we took a ride through, but didn't stop, can you believe that? Took some mighty interestin' pitchers tho!

Found this here truck, thought about stealin' it fer a few bank robberies, but the derned thing wouldn't run, and when Bill told me I would have to push, we just mo-zeed on. Here was our 2nd idear, but again, Bill thought this would be to easily recognized and folks would know it was us that robbed the bank!! Ratz, foiled again! Decided to give up the idea and just look at purty houses!

Thought this was the coolest looking place, it was a bed and breakfast of course, purtiest place in town!

Now if this isn't the weirdest, I presume that this was a place for cold storage, or for a nasty relative, or a mother-in-law, the room is built right into the side of the hill. Saw quite a few places like this, but didn't stop to find out for sure what was going on.

Here we are in Ennis, Montana, these were everywhere, this was such a pretty one, just had to take a pitcher!(yes, I know how to spell)
There goes "Old Faithful" couldn't get a place to park, so took this from the car. She ain't so Faithful anymore, when I was a kid, a loooong time ago, she blew every hour on the hour, but like me she is getting a bit tired and blows anywhere from 40min. to an hour and a half, so you just have to stick around, just in case! When I blow NO ONE wants to "stick around", I wonder why????

Crossed this many times in our journey, but this is the only picture we have. Dumb Bunnie is me!

This is a sulfur hole, Bill Klein, what did you do? PEE~UUU. Oops, wrong culprit, sorry. There were a lot of these in Yellowstone, not a sweet smellin' place for sure, but an amazing place, glad it has been preserved for future generations to see!

Boy what a jumbled up mess, We are now back in Virginia City, Montana with a real hard ridin' cowboy ta boot! This kid was grinnin' from ear to ear!

This was the Eagle that got us more than yelled at, all we did was stop to see how pretty it was, next thing I knew a lady ranger, and I use the term "Lady" VERY LOOSELY, came banging on our window, demanding we "Open this stupid window, NOW", "Can't you READ??, she said with a wide open mouth, get this car rolling, NOW!! There were cars stopped all along the road everywhere, but WOW, she chose us to yell at, cool! Bill & I didn't see the sign, it was way back off the road, sorry. I told her she didn't have to be rude, it was an honest mistake, no use, could still see her tonsils as she screamed," MOVE IT, NOW"! So we did, but not before I snapped this picture!

Just outside of Ennis, Montana. I remembered the first day we went to Baker City, Oregon, there was a cattle drive right down main street, cool, Happy Cows come from where ever they live, not just California!!

This is one of the buses in Ennis, Montana, and it belongs to Dick & Di, and Harry, you'll meet him a little later!

Another bus, it belongs to Don & Carol, there were lotz of purdys like this, and such fun!!

This was a metal sculpture out in front of our RV park, really pretty, someone is very talented!

This was in front of the Real Estate office that was in front of our RV park, it is also made of metal.

TADA.....now you have met Harry, a right fine dog who loved everyone, no exceptions, especially here, where he was smelling us cooking Rib steaks on the barby, his little nose would go, sniff, sniff, then he would very quietly "woof" hey, I'm here too! So cute, and yes, he did get a bite!

This is another metal sculpture as you enter Ennis, Montana, such talent, the guy looks real, even close up. It was the 4th of July, thus the people on the lawn.

This would be the 'Motley Crew' chowin' down at the potluck supper! Great bunch of folks! There was so much food, YUMMY!!!

This was taken about 8am the 4th of July, seems the guys are always out congregatin' before most of the women are, well, 'cept Carol, she was ready to go over to the fire hall and eat pancakes, you go Carol!!!

Don't know who this little girl is, but she was so cute, and knew, without a doubt exactly what she wanted. She was really good tho, asking nicely!

And here is my Sweet William, notice the grin on his face and the hand on his belly, He just filled up with Pancakes & eggs & coffee, He's a happy boy!!!Hey Grandkids, don't Grampa look happy??

The 4th of July parade was great, it started with this color guard, these guys were all of ww2 and Vietnam era, they marched tall and proud!!

I know, me and my little ones, this little guy was just beaming, and so was Dad, really cute!!

How about this cutie, she kept really good time and good steps, she was the smallest one in front of the bagpipes and did a super job!!

Thought this motorcycle was pretty cool, thought you might think so too!

Here I am in all my glory, knew there was a parade comin', so put on my best bib & tucker and did my best to show my spunk! JUST KIDDIN', but I loved her and would have enjoyed doing exactly that, she was pretty cool!!
I know this is a jumbled mess, but it is what struck me the most. We are in Oregon taking care of some things, so won't be blogging for a couple of weeks. In the meantime, do not forget us, we are still here, but will get back on as soon as we get goin' again! Love to all, prayers, smiles & hugs! Arlette & Bill too, and the Sassy
