Howdy, if this isn't the way to start a blog, showing you the hole in Whodys hiney, makes ya wanta cry, huh? Well, not really unless you count that poor Sweet William has put in almost 3 1/2 weeks on it, and it is grand, (more actually) to have the motor back in and the hole filled.
Here is the shop we have been staying at, he has 8 Silversides, greyhound buses, 1948, rode a few miles in a few of them, and trucks out the wazzooo, literally. But they have been great folks.She, being Jeannie, has taken me to Spartenburg,NC shopping, (Bills comment, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SPEND) please, and they offered to make a burger bash for our 48th wedding Anniversary, pretty nice for folks you hardly know!!!!
As you can see, I have made myself at home, set up my table and chairs, and as often as I can, I set out there, it is much cooler, but unless the breeze is blowing, the bugs love me. What is amazing to me is that Bill is getting bitten more than me. Poor guy, even got a bee down his back once when he was looking for parts. Didn't get stung, Whew! The building you see in the background below, use to be their hog pen, she loved hogs, 'specially when they made good ham! Just kidding, she had a hard time sending them off. The truck was a boom truck, and up until Saturday a couple of pretty blue birds were lookin' real close at it for their nest. Someone came and took the truck, we were glad, it would have been waay to hot anyway!
I am going through Picaso, only able to put a few pictures on, but just wanted you to know we are doing just fine and should be out of here in another few days, Lord Willing!!
