Books in a library, me thinks!

Howdy, here is the story about Mesa,AZ. We finally found this court, it was in our book for Passport,50% off, a very good price, it was on a street that was really busy, and no way could Bill pull Whody through the road divider they had in the middle of the road, sooo.... we went down about a mile, found a place to turn around, a VERY bumpy place I might add, and chugged back to this place, turned in, stopped at the gate, then went to the office, nice folks, very friendly. Unhooked the car, and the lady in the cute little cart led us to our spot, I, as the dutiful wifey, followed at a good distance, Now folks, I'm here to tell you that I so much admire that man of mine, when I saw where he was to put Whody, I wasn't at all sure she would fit, or that he could do it!

Here is the fountain in the courtyard, and the tent you see behind it is the swimming pool, the building on the right is the library, lotz of good stuff in there, we looked.

In that nice pond we found these guys, lotz of 'em, 3 or 4 turtles, (tortugas), and koi, I think that's the same in spanish, not sure.

I apologize that I didn't take any better pictures, but as you can see, these mobiles & RVs were lined up like library books on the shelf!

As you can see,(I HOPE) is the space Whody was in, there is a palm tree on the left, and a carport overhang on the right. It took Bill 3 back~ups and pull forwards to get her in there, only 2 to get her out. Now mind you they give you 2 whole spaces for your car, actually, if you move in, you can add on and still have room for a carport, that is pretty nice, but it was like living in an apartment, they were having a birthday party next door, and we were missing none of it! We decided we might just as well join the party, so hooked the Sassy up to go for a walk and stopped next door. Everyone was really nice, 4 from Minnesota, and 2 from Ohio, so we wished the birthday boy well, and headed on our way.

Here is the space between Whodys Hiney and another persons storage, reealy close!

This was how far between our walls and our next door neighbors, really good for closeness, but you could hear a person sneeze, and I'm sure you could hear other bodily functions as well, made you wanta go to a McDonalds!!
All the pictures I took of the dogs was in this court, so you can see we were jammed in. HOWEVER: there were so many activities there, it would be a fun place to live. All kinds of classes, woodcarving,(Pat), scrap booking,(Donna), ceramics,(Ruby), and beading, (Dot), as well as ballroom dancing, bingo, come on down gals, potlucks, and lotz more stuff, and it was perfect weather! Upon checking the weather today tho, it is only about 56* and raining, oh well, it would still be fun!RIGHT??
Well, I know this is a short one, headed for Mexico tomorrow to pick up a few things, as well as to the town of Donna,TX., to look at some new chairs for Whody. We like the ones we have, but they take up waay to much room, and so are looking at plain recliners (fabric) and wallhuggers. They are at a big flea market there, and they are brand new. Soo we will see, I will update you later.
For this time we be signin' off. Hugs, prayers & Smiles, Arlette & Bill, too, and the Sassy, YA'LL
