Here we are in Memphis, this is the gate that goes to Elvis Mansion. That is as far as we went. To get in and see the house it was $97. EACH, sorry Elvis, you are dead, I looked and didn't see ya at McDonald's OR Burger King!!!
These were lined up in front of the famous "Beal" St. We could hear the music, but it was so crowded, and dirty, we chose not to go.

Below is the gate, OPEN, thought about sneaking in, but just past the signs there were guards, and they weren't smilin', and I ain't that brave! HEH HEH!!!
Only cost $40 apiece to go see his planes, quite impressive, but where did it get him?
Here's his Cadillac, that was free, and it was AWESOME, this little bugger got in trouble, he hopped right on in!
The famous "Beal Street", when the gal at the FAB~U~LOUSE campground told us about it I thought she said "BILL" street 'cause that's how they pronounce his name down here, and I said "Cool Bill, ya got a street named after you", she sorta sniffed and said "NO it is BEAL, NOT BILL", well phooey!
This was a cool looking building, have NO idea what it was, thought it was pretty!
Went for a ride down by the docks and saw this, how sad it felt, 'specially after the ride on the beautiful one in Nashville. Got old, just like us! SMILE
This was the general scene in Memphis, saw at least 6, and we were only there for half a day!
Our FAB~U~LOUSE campground. We were so glad we had Passport, it only cost 15.50, otherwise it was $34.50, no laundry, no pool,no grass, not level, only 30 amps, really a mess, but no one else was there, and it was only a block from Graceland, so we stayed.

Didn't spend much time here, weren't the least impressed and if Elvis hadn't bought Graceland I would think this town would be a garbage dump! Anyhoo, gotta go for now, have a Jillion more blogs to get on as we are Miles from here, so TTFN, Love, Smiles, Hugs & Prayers, Arlette & Bill too, and the Sassy.
