Hi, here is a picture from out in the desert near Quartzsite, purty, ain't it?? We love it here, love going into the hills, picking up rocks and looking at all the old stuff, you know, like us! Teehee
My sister~in~law Sarah, asked me to find her friend from her work, they come down here every year, says she, I just laughed and this is why. You see this everywhere...............
This is just a few of the places, it would be impossible, but......maybe not, we could put a sign up in some of the local restaurants and have them call us, the chances of that are one in a million. :*)
This is out towards Bouse, there use to be an army base there at one time. These are incredible to see!
We stood and watched these kite fliers for about 1/2hour, they were incredible, these are 3 different kites, 3 different people. The first guy landed the middle one, boom, the other 2 landed theirs the way you see them seconds later, boom, boom, they didn't even get the wires tangled, and all kites had 4 strings each! Wow, they got MY admiration for sure!
Isn't this just the cutest thing? Looks like a little doll house, there were quite a few of these at a rally for Silverstream trailers and motorhomes.
Here is another bus conversion, it is a Flexible, there are so many different kinds, I had to wake Bill up to tell me what kind this one was, the next bus was easier, I got the name of it right cause i took a picture of the name on the back!
We had gone over to the Big Tent parking area, and wal~la, here was this cool Crown bus, it takes all kinds, and you ain't seen nuthin' yet!
Here is the name of it, Isn't it awesome? If not, you aren't bus nuts like us. We wouldn't want to own it, but that is the beauty of all this, to convert and drive what you want! It's the journey that counts anyway, right?????
Well, until next time, more about Quartzsite, buses, and whatever else I see! Smiles, Prayers and Hugs to all, Arlette & Bill too, and the Sassy
