HELP,we is stuck!

Well, howdy folks, here we go again, were truckin' down the freeway, making good time, headed for Bowie, and we smell rubber, so we pull off in a truck stop, check everything,don't SEE anything, so head out, about a half mile further, Bill looks back and says OH NO, WE HAVE A FIRE!!, he pulls over, pulls out the fire extinguisher and runs to the back, smoke is just billowing out from under Whody, but don't see any fire, and of course it is on the freeway side, He gets back in and very slowly goes to the next off ramp, smoking like a cuban cigar, and we hear ereerr..... Someone had called the fire dept. (would love to thank them, cause it could have been a fire,) and they were so nice, said if we need them to call back, shook both our hands!After checking, Bill says it is the tag axle, and we are lucky we didn't lose a tire! We are now sitting in a Peterbilt truck lot in Waco, Texas, we can work on it here, but don't know if we can get the parts for it here. We can't stay in Whody, because they lock the gates everynight, so have to get a motel. Peterbilt is closed on Sunday, so will have to be in a motel until we can get the parts and get it back together. Can ya beat that? If you are praying folks, we sure could use a few of them right now, but we are praising the Lord that We are OK, and that no one was hurt because of us. We could have lost that tire, and all kinds of things could have happened. Sooooo Praise theLord!! Anyway, it has been pretty dull, so the Devil decided to liven us up.
Will keep ya posted. Guess we will get to see a little of Waco,cause we are gona look for a bus place, to see if we can get the parts here.
