As the sign says, welcome to New Orleans, It is such an interesting place, the lady in the next picture was headed to the Catholic Church, all dressed up in her finery,had hoped to get the red high-heels, about the same color as her hair! I do love people because they are never dull!!
The City is a really confusing one unless you are born here and know where you are going. A LOT of one way streets that NEVER seemed to be going the way we had to go!
