Wierd Few Days, see what I mean?

keeps gettin' better!!Yeah it do! kHowdy! Now to write how I really felt yesterday! We arrived in Vegas at about 3:30pm, so much traffic I wanted to curl up in the middle of the bed and pretend we were already at the campground, Bill, not even a ruffle, goin' through that traffic like a real pro. So, he says, find us a campgound on the internet, "yes dear" I says, I get on there, but sweet Sassy has to be up in my lap because she is soooo.....spoiled and if she is left to her own devices she crawls under Bills feet, not a good Idea in heavy traffic. It is hot, I'm trying to hold her, get on the internet and keep smiling. Finally decided the best place to pull off was on Boulder st. Then I get on the phone, NO,NO,NO.... All of a sudden Bill pulls the bus to the left in front of this RV?park and says go see if they have a space. OK, I go, yes do you want to look at it? NOOOO are you sure you can get in, I WILL GET IN. OK,paid $20 walked it, then went back to get Whody. I took off in the car,not thinking he would follow me, He DID..Long story short,he stops Whody, comes over to the car and says WHY(not so sweetly)did you come this way, now I have to back up! OOPS The park is really awful, we have to hook everything up under Whody. I crawled in the bus and just started to bawl! This isn't exactly our dream park. Bill says very sweetly," I bet the people here are very nice", me? The optimist? I say "lock up everything"! I fixed dinner then we went for a long walk and as usual, Bill was right. It was a loooong day, and guess the smell of diesel fried my brain, cause I usually enjoy people no matter what! So here we are, day #2 in Henderson,Nev.Went to B&B coach works, he can't help us but gives us the name of someone who can make the part for Whody, so off we go to the other end of Vegas. Get there and today he won't be there, but will be tomorrow morning at 8am. So we will leave here at 7:30am and see about it, and I am getting to eat breakfast OUT! YAHOO!! So goes another day. Hopefully we will get some rest tonight, forgot to tell you the park is in an airline path, and next to a place where they start pouring concrete at 5am, so didn't get much sleep last night. Gona leave the fan on tonight and close the windows! Tomorrow will be a better day, and maybe we will be on our way with a less noisy,smelly Whody! On to a little nicer place where we can put out our awning and chairs! See ya, Smiles, Arlette & Bill too
